Magda first had an experience of chiropractic treatment in her late twenties when she was suffering with severe chronic lower back pain which had begun to have a massive impact on the quality of her life. Magda’s doctor eventually offered surgery, which she declined. That’s when she finally started looking for help outside the conventional medical system. After a few months of being treated by her chiropractor Magda got back to living a “normal” life which she thought was amazing! Since then Magda has been having regular chiropractic sessions to keep all those every day life niggles at bay. Magda had always had an interest in a health care and helping others, and previously qualified as a nurse, so deciding to became a chiropractor seemed like an obvious next step. Having looked at different methods of chiropractic Magda discovered McTimoney Chiropractic.
Magda says :
What I love about McTimoney Chiropractic is that it’s full body approach, and the fact that its very gentle – plus we get amazing results! I work with patients of all ages and life styles, I love getting them to feel better and helping to find ways of making sure they are able to function in the optimal way. I particularly enjoy working with Autistic children as this can be exceptionally rewarding.
Magda is also trained to perform Epley Manoeuver, a repositioning manoeuver used to treat a common cause of vertigo (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, also known as BPPV) of the posterior or anterior canals of the ear.
